How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of active properties you manage (community_source="user_managed"). Comparable properties discovered by our AI are always free and don't count toward your billing.
What counts as a property?
Each unique community you manage counts as one property. AI-discovered comparable properties are not billed—you can have up to 10 comps per property at no additional cost.
How often is pricing updated?
PriceWatch automatically refreshes pricing for all your properties every Sunday at 2 AM UTC. You can also trigger manual updates anytime from the dashboard.
Can I add unlimited comps?
Each property can track up to 10 comparable properties in surveys. You can manually add or remove comps, and all comps are included free with your subscription.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No! Start a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes 1 property. Adding a second property will prompt you to enter payment information.
What happens if I exceed my property limit during trial?
When you try to add a second property during the trial, you'll see an upgrade prompt. You can enter payment details to continue or stay at 1 property for the remainder of the trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 15% compared to monthly billing. Toggle between monthly and annual pricing above to see the difference.
Can I change the number of properties?
Yes! Add or remove properties anytime. Your billing automatically adjusts to match your current active property count. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
