How to View Community Details

Access complete information about your properties

Each community in Aryna has a detailed view showing all property information, assigned team members, and quick actions. This guide shows you how to access and use the community details page.

Accessing Community Details

From the Communities List

  1. Go to Communities in the sidebar
  2. Find the community in the table
  3. Click on the community name (it's a blue link)
  4. The detail page will open

Using Search

  1. On the Communities page, use the search box
  2. Type the community name, address, or External ID
  3. Click the community from filtered results

Using Filters

  1. Use the Status filter to show Active or Inactive communities
  2. Browse the filtered list
  3. Click on the community name

Understanding the Detail Page

The community detail page has three main sections:

1. General Information

Shows the basic property details:

  • Community Name: Full property name
  • Address: Complete street address
  • Zipcode: Property zipcode
  • External Community ID: Your internal property code (if assigned)
  • Email: Community contact email (if provided)
  • Website: Property website link (if provided)
  • Status: Active or Inactive badge

2. Management Team

Displays the assigned managers:

  • Community Manager: Day-to-day operations manager
  • Asset Manager: Financial/investment oversight
  • Leasing Manager: Tenant relations manager

Each manager shows:

  • Full name
  • Email address (clickable to send email)
  • Role badge

Note: Empty fields mean no manager is assigned for that role.

3. Other Team Members

Lists additional staff assigned to this community:

  • Team member name
  • Their specific role (if assigned)
  • Quick view of all associated team members

Actions You Can Take

Edit Community

  1. Click the "Edit" button (top-right)
  2. Update any information
  3. Click "Save Changes"

Delete Community

  1. Click the "Delete" button (top-right)
  2. Confirm deletion in the popup
  3. Community is permanently removed

Warning: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone!

Back to List

Click the "← Back to Communities" link at the top to return to the list.

Contact Manager

  • Click any manager's email address to open your email client
  • Email them directly about this community

Status Indicators

Active Communities

  • Green "Active" badge
  • Property is currently in your portfolio
  • Included in reports and analytics
  • Appears in main community list

Inactive Communities

  • Gray "Inactive" badge
  • Property is no longer managed (sold, closed, etc.)
  • Hidden from most reports
  • Can be filtered to view in list

Information Organization

Contact Information Section

Quick access to:

  • Community email
  • Website link
  • Management contacts

Team Assignment Section

See who's responsible for:

  • Day-to-day management
  • Financial oversight
  • Leasing operations
  • Additional staff roles

Identification Section

Reference information:

  • External Community ID (your system)
  • Aryna internal ID
  • Status classification

Keyboard Shortcuts

While viewing a community:

  • E: Edit community
  • Backspace: Go back to list
  • Esc: Close any open modal

Mobile View

On mobile devices:

  • Sections stack vertically
  • Tap sections to expand/collapse
  • Swipe left for actions menu
  • Tap name/email to call/email directly

Quick Tips

Finding Related Information

From the community detail page, you can:

  • Click team member names to see their profile
  • Click the website link to visit property site
  • Click email to contact the community directly

Understanding Empty Fields

If a field shows "(Not provided)" or is empty:

  • Optional information wasn't entered
  • You can add it anytime by clicking Edit
  • Manager roles can be left unassigned

Viewing History

See changes made to this community:

  1. Click the "History" tab (if available)
  2. View audit log of edits
  3. See who made changes and when

Common Tasks

Check Manager Assignments

  1. Open community detail page
  2. Scroll to "Management Team" section
  3. Verify correct managers are assigned
  4. Click Edit to reassign if needed

Verify Contact Information

  1. Check the General Information section
  2. Ensure email and website are current
  3. Update if needed via Edit button

Review Team Members

  1. Scroll to "Other Team Members"
  2. Confirm all staff are listed
  3. Add or remove team members via Edit

Troubleshooting

"Community not found"

  • The community may have been deleted
  • Check the URL is correct
  • Return to Communities list and search again
  • Contact support if the issue persists

"No permission to view"

  • Your account may lack access
  • Contact an Admin to verify your permissions
  • You may need to be added to the team

Information looks outdated

  • Click Edit to update information
  • Changes save immediately
  • Refresh the page if updates don't appear

Best Practices

Do:

  • Review community details regularly
  • Keep contact information current
  • Assign appropriate managers
  • Update status when properties change

Don't:

  • Leave critical fields empty
  • Forget to update when managers change
  • Keep inactive communities marked as active
